The Foundation brings together alumni of Cleveland Heights-University Heights schools with community members to support current students and staff through student scholarships, grants to teachers and innovative programming.
Our founding, in October 2016, was a turning point. Building on the base of decades of alumni work before us, Heights Schools Foundation was founded with the support of Heights Schools, community partners and past alumni leaders.
The idea was simple: support the top strategic needs that help kids thrive. Your support, ideas, donations and engagement have made it all possible – and together we have soared! We’ve raised nearly one million dollars so far, and we’re just getting started.
Heights Schools Foundation also convenes alumni for meaningful social events, from helping to organize Homecoming Weekend festivities to the highly anticipated annual Cleveland Heights High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. The connection is further strengthened through monthly e-newsletters and ongoing social media, plus the twice annual publication of The Heights magazine.
