“Being inducted into the Hall of Fame is deeply personal—it reflects years of love, sacrifice, and belief poured into my athletes. It honors the friendships, family, and moments that shaped me, and celebrates the powerful bond between women, sport, and purpose.”
Upon graduation from Cleveland Heights High School, Tisha Hill earned a four-year scholarship to play basketball at Indiana University, where she served as the starting point guard for the Big Ten program. That experience, both on and off the court, laid the foundation for her lifelong passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering female athletes.
Following her playing career, Hill spent 20 seasons coaching Division I women’s basketball helping student-athletes grow both athletically and personally. Hill credits her time at Heights for providing the support and platform that sparked her journey in sports and commitment to the advancement of girls and women in athletics.
Since 2016 Hill has worked at BSN SPORTS as a sales professional, combining her athletic background with expert product knowledge to serve coaches, athletic directors, and school administrators. Hill currently serves as the National Account Manager for SURGE, a female empowerment program where she specializes in equipping coaches with the tools they need to enhance the athletic experience for female athletes.
Highly competitive and driven, Hill takes great pride in delivering strategic guidance and support to help teams thrive. At Surge, she works to ensure that female athletes feel valued and are given the tools needed to excel. In an industry traditionally dominated by men, she continues to break barriers and serve as an inspiration for young women. Hill feels it is an honor to give back through sports and to help shape the next generation of female leaders.
