Heights Schools Foundation, the nonprofit fundraising arm of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District, is proud to welcome three new board members. The newly installed board members serving a three-year term are Jeff Johnson ‘91, Dr. Carmen Daniel ‘07 and Dr. Matthew McPheeters ‘07.
The three join a very committed and active board that includes:

Over the last two decades, Johnson has developed expertise in communications, change management, and strategic consulting to create a unique career committed to developing solutions that produce increased market share and transformative community solutions. His partners include American Airlines, Sherwin Williams, Sagamore Ventures, The Tennis Channel, and the City of Cleveland. Johnson is a 2015 Heights Alumni Hall of Fame inductee.
She currently serves as the Business and Community Engagement Specialist for the Heights Career Tech Consortium. She is the Owner and Founder of Dare 2 Dream Consulting, and serves as the Director of Education for the Breadwinners Academy. Dr. Daniel is active in the community, where she is involved with GEAR UP 2028, and is a member of both The Presidents Club and CDI/Women’s Business Center Member.

Dr. McPheeters is a resident of Cleveland Heights. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
